chattHR sends SMS/text messages to job applicants who opted in during the application process — application confirmations, screening questions, scheduling, and recruiting updates.
2Consent
Applicants opt in to receive SMS messages from chattHR by checking an unchecked checkbox presented during the job application process. This checkbox is never pre-checked — you must take an affirmative action to opt in.
Providing a phone number alone is not consent to receive text messages. We only send SMS messages to numbers where the applicant has affirmatively opted in through the application checkbox described above.
We do not send messages to phone numbers obtained from purchased or scraped lists. Every recipient has opted in directly through the chattHR application process.
3Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your responses and hiring stage.
4Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your text and data plan.
5Opt-Out and Help
Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help.
After you reply STOP, we will send you a final confirmation message and will not send any further SMS messages unless you opt in again.
6Privacy
We do not share or sell your mobile opt-in information or consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing. For more details on how we collect, use, and protect your information, see our Privacy Policy.
