Effective Date: [January 1st, 2026]
This Privacy Policy describes how ChattHR (“ChattHR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit, use, or submit information through www.chatt.hr (the “Site”) and when you communicate with us via SMS/text message or other messaging channels (collectively, the “Services”).

1) Personal Information We Collect
A. Device Information

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. As you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site (“Device Information”).

We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

  • Cookies are data files placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier. Learn more about cookies and how to disable them at: http://www.allaboutcookies.org

  • Log files track actions occurring on the Site and collect data including IP address, browser type, internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.

  • Web beacons, tags, and pixels are electronic files used to record browsing behavior.

B. Form Fill Information

When you click buttons such as “Sign Up” or “Learn More,” or submit forms on the Site, we may collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, and other voluntary information you provide (“Form Fill Information”).

C. Messaging / SMS Information (A2P 10DLC Program Data)

If you opt in to receive SMS/text messages or otherwise communicate with us by SMS, we may collect and process:

  • Your phone number

  • Message content (inbound and outbound), timestamps, and delivery metadata

  • Your opt-in and opt-out status and related logs (e.g., consent timestamp, source, and confirmations)

  • Any information you provide in replies (for example, interview screening responses, scheduling preferences, or requests for assistance)

We refer to Device Information, Form Fill Information, and Messaging/SMS Information collectively as “Personal Information.”

2) How We Use Your Personal Information

We use Personal Information to:

  • Provide and operate the Services (including communicating with you, responding to inquiries, and providing requested information)

  • Recruiting and hiring communications (if you applied to a job or requested recruiting updates), including confirming receipt of an application, sending interview screening questions, coordinating scheduling, and facilitating recruiter follow-up

  • Messaging program operations (sending SMS messages you opted into, managing conversation history, and honoring opt-out requests)

  • Improve and optimize the Site (analytics, performance measurement, and user experience improvements)

  • Security and fraud prevention (screening for potential risk and maintaining system integrity)

  • Compliance and legal obligations (including maintaining records of consent where required, responding to lawful requests, and enforcing policies)

3) SMS/Text Messaging Program Disclosures
A. Consent / Opt-In

You will only receive SMS/text messages from ChattHR if you provide consent through one or more of the following methods (as applicable):

  • Web form opt-in: You provide your phone number and affirmatively agree (for example, by checking an unchecked box) to receive SMS messages related to the purpose stated on the form (e.g., recruiting and screening).

  • Text-in keyword opt-in (if offered): You text a keyword (e.g., START/APPLY) to our number and confirm your desire to receive messages.

  • Job application-related consent: If you submit a job application and provide consent to receive texts about your application and screening process, we may message you consistent with that consent.

We recommend publishing a dedicated SMS Terms page (below) and ensuring your job application includes a clear consent checkbox and links to your Privacy Policy and SMS Terms.

B. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction and the stage of the process (for example, during active screening you may receive multiple messages in a day; outside active steps you may receive fewer updates).

C. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile plan.

D. Opt-Out / STOP

You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. After you opt out, you may receive one final confirmation message, and then no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again (for example, by replying START where supported).

E. HELP

Reply HELP for help. We may respond with support information and links to this Privacy Policy and our Terms (including SMS Terms).

F. Supported Carriers / Delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and network availability.
