This Privacy Policy describes how chattHR (“chattHR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit, use, or submit information through www.chatt.hr (the “Site”) and when you communicate with us via SMS/text message or other messaging channels (collectively, the “Services”).
1Personal Information We Collect
A. Device Information

- Your opt-in and opt-out status and related logs (e.g., consent timestamp, source, and confirmations)
- Any information you provide in replies (for example, interview screening responses, scheduling preferences, or requests for assistance)
We refer to Device Information, Form Fill Information, and Messaging/SMS Information collectively as “Personal Information.”
2How We Use Your Personal Information
We use Personal Information to:
- Provide and operate the Services (including communicating with you, responding to inquiries, and providing requested information)
- Recruiting and hiring communications (if you applied to a job or requested recruiting updates), including confirming receipt of an application, sending interview screening questions, coordinating scheduling, and facilitating recruiter follow-up

3SMS/Text Messaging Program Disclosures
A. Consent / Opt-In
You will only receive SMS/text messages from chattHR if you provide consent through one or more of the following methods (as applicable):
- Web form opt-in: You provide your phone number and affirmatively agree (for example, by checking an unchecked box) to receive SMS messages related to the purpose stated on the form (e.g., recruiting and screening).
- Text-in keyword opt-in (if offered): You text a keyword (e.g., START/APPLY) to our number and confirm your desire to receive messages.
- Job application-related consent: If you submit a job application and provide consent to receive texts about your application and screening process, we may message you consistent with that consent.
B. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction and the stage of the process (for example, during active screening you may receive multiple messages in a day; outside active steps you may receive fewer updates).
C. Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile plan.
D. Opt-Out / STOP
Reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS. After you opt out, you may receive one final confirmation message, and then no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again (for example, by replying START where supported).
E. HELP
Reply HELP for help. We may respond with support information and links to this Privacy Policy and our SMS Terms.
F. Supported Carriers / Delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and network availability.
G. Mobile Opt-In Data Is Not Shared for Marketing
SMS data (including your phone number and mobile opt-in information) is used only for recruiting communications related to your application and messaging program operations. Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.
7Your Rights

8Data Retention
